The Academy of Management DEI Division consists of several committees. Each committee comprises of members who perform some service or function that are led by a committee chair and their respective members.   • Coordinate and disseminate clear, timely DEI Division communications across channels (website, listserv, newsletters, and announcements).
  • Maintain and update key information so members can easily find opportunities, deadlines, events, and resources.
  • Support consistent messaging and brand alignment for division-wide initiatives, including committee updates and member-facing announcements.
  • Promote engagement by highlighting professional opportunities (e.g., job market newsletter) and ensuring communications are accessible and inclusive.

  • Support a fair, transparent, and inclusive process by encouraging a strong and diverse slate of candidates across leadership positions.
  • Partner with Division leadership (Chair, Chair-Elect, Program Chair, PDW Chair, Treasurer) to ensure continuity and smooth leadership transitions year to year.

  • Organize the JFC/DSC cycle, Global Ambassadors, Emerging Member PDW, and allocation of DACS in coordination with Division priorities.
