Excited to share that we will be presenting at #AOM2026 in Philadelphia as part of our panel symposium:
"Navigating and Surviving in Turbulent Times: Insights from Different Perspectives."
The symposium asks a timely question: how can organizations, leaders, and their members navigate a world where turbulence is no longer an exception, but increasingly the normal condition of organizing?
Together with Cordula Barzantny (Toulouse Business School), Sonja A. Sackmann (University Bw Munich), Marie-Therese Claes (Louvain School of Management), Sheila M. Puffer (Northeastern University), Subramanyam Raghunath (Indian Institute of Management Bangalore), and Veiko Valkiainen (University of Tartu, Estonia), we will explore this question from multiple perspectives, including international management, leadership, resilience, sustainability, cross-cultural and multicultural contexts, and organizational change and design.
