This PDW is designed for Advanced PhD students, Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and Junior Faculty in Ireland and the United Kingdom, offering a unique opportunity to:

โจ Prepare your work for conferences such as EGOS and AoM
โจ Engage in constructive, developmental scholarly dialogue
Participants will work closely with distinguished mentors, including editors from Organization Studies and Organization Theory, in a highly interactive and supportive environment.
